For this film, I helped the directors and the producer scout locations and cast actors from the Middle East. It’s the first American/Western feature film ever shot in the country of Oman. And I’m super proud of the directors for deciding to film, cast and crew up using regional talent. And I think helping them do that was my biggest contribution and what I’m most proud of in this film, Outside of being an incredible story based on a wild true story, this film should be a model I hope other American films will follow: If your story is about the Arab world, film it in the Arab world.
